Pastor Lothar Stops

Ein Dokumentarfilm von Tilman König
Deutschland | 82 min. | Deutsch

Description

Lothar König has a huge scar over his right eye. A neo-Nazi once knocked the Jena youth pastor unconscious. But Lothar König refused to let it get him down. He campaigned against right-wing extremists, for youth work and the integration of foreigners far beyond the city limits and became known throughout Germany. His son Tilman König has now created a cinematic memorial to him, which shows the courage, the contradictions and the man in all his facets.
